Is it any surprise to see a Premier Nebraska 16 Red standout on the list? This team has to have some rankings risers after securing a runner-up finish at the Show Me Qualifier. Walters did her part to secure this GJNC berth and was a matchup nightmare in front of the setter. She was a tireless worker in transition to set up 16 Red with all available options after a dig. We also saw Walters make quality touches that won’t always get reflected in a box score. All these unheralded contributions will be critical in Indianapolis.
