Dyrstad’s positive momentum is soaring since contributing to Premier Nebraska 16 Red’s runner-up finish at the Show Me Qualifier. She proved she could don the libero jersey or play a key DS role in the middle-back area. Dyrstad even logged some clutch kills on the pipe to expand her ever-growing toolbox. We wouldn’t expect anything less.

Premier Nebraska 16 Red was recently identified as one of the state’s surging teams after February’s gauntlet. Dyrstad has contributed to 16 Red’s strong defensive identity, and the ASICS Presidents’ Day Classic wrote another exciting chapter in that narrative. We saw plenty of long, grueling rallies and matches during the team’s 7-1 journey on the Omaha stage. Dyrstad aided that breakthrough through her leadership, effort, and willingness to dig heat in any backcourt zone.
