Even when she was not directly involved in the final touch of a play, she talked about constantly trying to encourage the athletes around her, mentally preparing for the next point, and helping everyone on the court feel successful together.

After three years with CPA, Molly shared how much her setter IQ and overall court awareness have grown throughout the process. Previous awards, including a setting competition title and this year’s MVP recognition, continue reinforcing the confidence she is building as both a leader and competitor.

Her focus moving into summer is centered heavily around consistency and enthusiasm, not just technically, but emotionally. Camps, showcases, club opportunities, and continued training all remain major parts of her plans moving forward.

Away from volleyball, Molly talked about volunteering through the Breakthrough T1D Foundation and Camp Conrad Chinnock, helping others dealing with diabetes and mental health challenges, and spending time with people she values deeply. That sense of connection and care seems to show up naturally in the way she approaches her teammates too.

Her communication stood out on every rally—she was vocal, organized, and in control of the floor. Defensively, she brought great effort and awareness, staying engaged and making key plays to keep her team in system. She also went the extra mile in coverage, always supporting her hitters and doing the little things that make a big difference. A well-rounded setter who impacts the game in every phase.
