💡 Game You’re Proud Of
“I’m most proud that my confidence is at its maximum and fullest. My teammates provide me with such a great environment, pushing me on the mental and skill part of the game. Although I haven’t been with them long, it feels like I’ve known them since birth. They helped me learn to play stress free with a bit of fun with my personality and seriousness at the same time.”
📲 Why This Post Mattered
“It means the world to me because PrepDig is such a good platform that reminds me to stay active, shows me that there are all these players that are also great that I can learn about. It’s just the definition of exposure when one tries to think of what it is. I can study with articles, reading once a day, and learn from how players evaluate the game and overall compare that to my mindset and see the changes I can make in my play and my game plan.”
🧠 What Coaches Should Know
“I want college coaches to know that I’m the exact same on and off the court. I may be a little goofy off the court more sometimes, but I’d say on average I’m the same. When someone watches me, you can tell how I am off the court because I play with passion, personality, and seriousness. One could come to a conclusion after watching my play that I’m humorous with some competitiveness off the court too. I can confidently say I’m pretty fun to watch in games and super easy and fun to talk to generally off and on the court.”

embraced the pressure of her first Nationals with clarity and confidence. “I knew I had to shift my mindset and help my teammates adapt too. This is a team sport,” she said. Her Pipeline team had previously lost to MadFrog, but in the semifinals, they earned redemption, and a medal. “We’d never played on a championship court before. That moment was unforgettable.” Jimin’s emotional maturity and composure make her stand out, especially considering she was playing up in age.
Reflecting on her journey, she shared, “I don’t even know where to start, my coaches are the most awesomest. They help everyone strive for perfection and build great players. They always wish the best for you, no matter what happens. The trust and connection I have with them is on another level. I’ve never felt this cared for or improved so much in a single season. I’m hopeful for continued growth and a successful path alongside my coaches and teammates.”

earned a MVP at the UA Next Middle School Camp
Jimin from Pipeline Volleyball Club stepped onto the court with a clear mission and competitive edge. Her favorite drill was the basic hitting line, a setting that allowed her to tap into her offensive strengths and bring her best against strong competition. Surrounded by athletes who were just as driven, Jimin thrived. Knowing her objective and feeling the pressure of the moment pushed her to leave it all on the court. After camp, she described her game with three intentional words: driven, adaptable, and collaborative.

was a key source of inspiration for Jimin throughout the event. She admired Baylee’s presence both on the beach and indoor courts, as well as her smart shot placement and overall volleyball IQ. Seeing that level of play firsthand pushed Jimin to elevate her game. She leaves the UA Next Camp excited to bring the same energy and mindset into her upcoming competition at SoCal Champs. With newfound confidence in her offensive ability, Jimin is ready to lead her team and compete for gold.
