is an absolute powerhouse, and there is no gentler way to say it. She plays with a large, athletic frame and imposes it on every rotation, closing against opposing hitters and setters with power, velocity, and speed that most of the gym could not match. She hustles every play without exception, and that effort shows up as much in transition as it does at the net.
Her defense is just as sharp as her offense. She is quick, she reads the block well, and she covers ground that most players her age are not covering yet. When the ball is hers to finish, she kills it with the kind of assertiveness and skill that reads like an upperclassman, not a middle schooler still building her game.
Zoey is excited to have a local professional team she can watch play so easily, right in her own backyard. Her message to LovbLA is simple.
Good luck, play, and have fun.

is nothing short of amazing in a number of ways. Her excitement on the court is contagious, and her ability as a player is exhilarating. She showcases very efficient passing, very intentional lateral movement, and her stature can easily allow her to impose her will over the defensive opposition.
Zoey’s offensive dominance is beyond her years and her destructive arm swing will make it easy for scouts and recruiters to know her name in seasons to come. Look out for this baller because she is definitely Up Next!
