Kristina Atonio Kristina Atonio 5'9" | S North Medford | 2026 State OR
Atonio just made our radar and has quickly impressed us. The leftie setter on the Siskiyou 16-1 team has a super impressive vertical, practically jumping out of the gym to put the ball straight down. She is very quick and athletic, easily getting to each pass. Atonio has tons of potential.
The #1 setter and #2 recruit overall for the class of 2026, Buerkle is undoubtedly one of the state’s top setters. Setting for the NPJ Salem 16 National team this season, Buerkle has been showcasing her soft touch on the ball and seamless jump setting abilities. She is also dominant on defense and at the net, making her a well-rounded setter.
Highlights
Crawford is a high level setter, whose excellent court sense and great footwork allow her to put up consistently well-placed sets. Running a 6-2 alongside Alyssa Lewey Alyssa Lewey 6’0″ | S Sheldon | 2024 State OR on the Webfoot 18-1 team, Crawford is quick and able to get her hands on nearly every pass. She is also solid on defense and from the baseline.

Fox, one of the OJVA 15-1 setters, has made some solid improvements over the past two seasons, and continues to impress and shine while leading her team’s offense. Fox is quick to the ball and places her sets well. She also has a great connection with her attackers, especially her middles.

Friesen, a setter for the NPJ Salem 15 National team, is one of the top players for the class of 2027. Friesen uses her strong hands and soft touch to push the ball easily from pin to pin, and in the front row she showcases a quick and deadly arm swing to detonate on the ball. Standing at 6’0”, the freshman is a talented all-around player.
Haury, the #1 recruit for the class of 2024 and a University of Washington commit, is an incredibly impressive setter and athlete. The NPJ Forefront setter displays excellent footwork and is able to get her hands on nearly every pass. Haury executes effortless jump sets and places each ball perfectly, and she connects well with her attackers.
Setting a 6-2 with Madeline Harrington Madeline Harrington 5’9″ | S Sunset | 2026 State OR for the Athena 16-1 team is Hefeneider, whose quick footwork, soft touch on the ball, and quick release all allow her to set across the front row with ease. Hefeneider is also a talented defensive player, reacting quickly to the ball to make some great digs.
McGehee, the Athena 17-1 setter alongside Greta Miller, does an excellent job of running her team’s offense. McGehee utilizes strong court vision to make smart sets against the grain, and she connects well with her middles. McGehee is also a strong, consistent player on defense.

The #2 recruit and #1 setter for the class of 2025, Mitchell is a superb athlete who is fun to watch. The University of Oregon commit sets consistently and flawlessly, placing each ball perfectly. Mitchell is also a force on defense and at the net. She sets for the NPJ Salem 17 National team, along with Evie Morrissette Evie Morrissette 6’0″ | S Sprague | 2025 State OR and Ava Ainsworth Ava Ainsworth 6’1″ | S Marshfield | 2025 State OR .

Orizotti, who sets alongside Delainy Williams Delainy Williams 5’8″ | S Central Catholic | 2024 State OR for the Athena 18-1 team, has stepped up big time to play at the 18s level despite only being a sophomore. Orizotti displays very controlled and disciplined footwork and jump sets, and she does a great job of feeding her star attackers effectively.
Setting opposite Sofie Fox Sofie Fox 5’8″ | S Forest Grove | 2026 State OR on the OJVA 15-1 team is 6’1″ leftie Rajan, who has tons of potential thanks to her height and all-around talent. Rajan has great hands and can effortlessly push the ball from pin to pin. When attacking, Rajan showcases a high reach on the ball and a quick, tough arm swing.

Rocha is an impressive setter, running the NPJ Salem 16 National team’s offense alongside Lily Mae Buerkle Lily Mae Buerkle 5’10” | S McDaniel | 2026 State OR . Rocha is super quick and agile, getting her hands on every pass with ease and squaring up to make well-placed sets. Rocha connects well with her attackers, and she makes smart sets.

Kendall Stidham Kendall Stidham 5'8" | S Crater | 2026 State OR
Stidham, one of the RISE 17 Flagship setters, is fast and steady. She releases quickly to beat the ball, and effortlessly moves the ball around among her attackers. Stidham connects well with her middles, too, and on defense, she is disciplined. From the baseline, Stidham brings a deadly jump serve.
Setting alongside Whitney Farrell Whitney Farrell 5’6″ | S Mountain View | 2024 State OR for the COVC 18-1 team is Winebarger, who showcases consistent sets and strong defense. Winebarger has no difficulty pushing the ball from pin to pin, and she sets against the grain well. In the back row, Winebarger reacts quickly to hard-driven balls to make great digs.
Highlights
Zuccolo, the OJVA 17-1 setter, has done an excellent job of running her team’s offense so far this season. Zuccolo is precise, consistently squaring up on each set and placing her sets well. She also showcases great court vision, which she uses to make smart plays and push her sets away from the block.
