Triple Crown NIT: Texas Power Pool Teams – 15s

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the most exciting tournaments of the club volleyball season, the Triple Crown NIT is set to take place this weekend, from Saturday to Monday.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The gigantic event held at the Bartle Hall Convention Center, in Kansas City, MO, will feature as many as 641 teams across its seven divisions, coming from the entire country, in what should be a preview of the USA Volleyball National Championship.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Earning the right to compete in the Power Pools of the Triple Crown NIT is a true honor in the world of club volleyball and many Texas teams will be able to brag about it in 2025.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With the tournament beginning in just a few days, let's know more about each of them, starting with the six teams selected in the 15s Division:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Alamo 15 Premier</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Part of Power Pool A, San Antonio's Alamo 15 Premier get to the event ranked ninth in the country according to AES, with 26 victories and six losses. The team triumphed in the second stop of the Tour of Texas, took second in the first and also finished first in the Countdown City Classic. Alamo have talented and versatile players, such as Claire Bolton and [player_tooltip player_id='482109' first='Sydney' last='Whisenton'], who can play multiple roles for the team. Their two middles, [player_tooltip player_id='722075' first='Charlie' last='George'] and [player_tooltip player_id='765132' first='Senahla' last='Thomas'], are very strong on both sides of the ball and can dominate the net. Lefty [player_tooltip player_id='523942' first='Piper' last='Pease'] is a force on the right, combining size, power and great shot selection.
