Make it a trilogy.

Over the past few days, we've been spotlighting club combinations that have shone while joining forces again on the high school side. Part 1 and Part 2 are already here, but Nebraska is delivering year-round cohesion at an unprecedented clip. It's producing some of the most exceptional volleyball we've ever seen on the fall circuit.

These duos are bringing it.

[player_tooltip player_id='349484' first='Piper' last='Bellamy'] and [player_tooltip player_id='349455' first='Alivia' last='Gustafson'] - Lincoln Southwest, [program_tooltip program_id='428743' first='VCNebraska' last='']

VCNebraska 17 Black's special season was a persistent storyline throughout the first half of 2025. Gustafson and Bellamy were part of those headlines, too.

Gustafson has had a particularly dramatic climb among her 2026 peers. She has developed into a true six-rotation pin hitter with four kills per set in her swan song campaign with Lincoln Southwest. Opposing blockers have a difficult time countering Gustafson's colossal attacking range, and the wins have kept piling up for the 21-8 Silver Hawks.

Don't forget about the lefty. Bellamy has the unique distinction of being a southpaw who has spent some time on the left side with VCNebraska. However, she has made the full-time move to opposite with LSW and has even bolstered the team's backcourt defense. Her 213 digs this year are a career best, demonstrating Bellamy's willingness to do whatever it takes to help the cause.

[player_tooltip player_id='735073' first='Jamie' last='Wilkens'] and [player_tooltip player_id='759472' first='Makena' last='Williams'] - Kearney, Kearney Elite

Williams competes with Kearney Elite 16-1.

We've enjoyed so many coverage opportunities with these two.

Wilkens and Williams were surprise stars on this year's club circuit, as they helped engineer regional success for Kearney Elite 16-1. This club team was effectively a bunch of Kearney High School stars coming together to accomplish even bigger things at new venues. Successful teams like these need a pair of efficient left-side hitters, and Wilkens and Williams became that duo.

This tandem also participated in our most recent Prep Dig Stock Up Showcase, where Wilkens was named our Avoli Committed Athlete. Wilkens has followed that up with 4.3 kills per set, while Williams has strutted her ball control prowess and attacking range in various roles. Class A is a tough place to gain traction, but Kearney's winning record speaks for itself.

[player_tooltip player_id='808241' first='Lily' last='Wohlgemuth'] and [player_tooltip player_id='453482' first='McKenzie' last='Sidlo'] - Lincoln Lutheran, [program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE']

This spring's [program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE'] 17 Black lineup pulled in some of Lincoln Lutheran's best--and from multiple classes.

Senior outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='808241' first='Lily' last='Wohlgemuth'] played a massive role in lifting 17 Black to the GJNC field through the Great Plains Region Bid Tournament. She has expanded her repertoire in a six-rotation capacity, and this versatility is showing on the stat sheet this fall. Wohlgemuth paces the Lincoln Lutheran onslaught with 3.6 kills per set while also topping the Warrior ledger in digs. This is a meteoric rise for a player who started her prep career by racking up reps on the right side.

Sidlo is the wildcard of this duo. She's done everything: set, swing on the pin, and anchor the middle. This Class of 2027 gem was a setter-hitter for [program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE'] this spring but has favored her hitting niche during the ongoing high school season. Sidlo has accumulated 2.6 kills per set on the right side and is a shutdown blocker on the wing.

It's the complete package for the four-time defending champs.

[player_tooltip player_id='445956' first='Reagan' last='Wallraff'] and [player_tooltip player_id='572006' first='Reese' last='Wallraff'] - Elkhorn North, [program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE']

It's a club duo, sister duo, and everything in between.

[program_tooltip program_id='428717' first='Nebraska' last='ONE'] 16 Synergy's vaunted lineup has been a discussion topic in this series before, as [player_tooltip player_id='458117' first='Malorie' last='Boesiger'] and [player_tooltip player_id='739707' first='Loryn' last='Piening'] have brought their lethal setter-hitter connection to Norris. However, Norris's biggest competition for the Class B crown--and the only team to defeat the Titans so far this year--also has some Synergy...well, synergy.

[player_tooltip player_id='445956' first='Reagan' last='Wallraff']'s influence with Elkhorn North is well documented. The Creighton commit is putting down an astonishing 6.4 kills per set on a 0.344 clip to rank among Nebraska's most lethal attackers. She has made the full transition from the middle to the pin, giving the Wolves a high-flying asset in every rotation.

Meanwhile, [player_tooltip player_id='572006' first='Reese' last='Wallraff'] has gained a ton of traction as Elkhorn North's leading defender. She has upgraded her game considerably with a team-leading 3.1 digs per set and a wealth of quality touches in serve receive. All those reps at the Open level are paying off for the sophomore.

[player_tooltip player_id='591602' first='Kamryn' last='Steinhauer'] and [player_tooltip player_id='591597' first='Katie' last='Baldwin'] - Sutton, South Central NE

We've mentioned that Sutton High School and South Central NE are joined at the hip, so we had to include this pipeline in our series.

This is especially true given Sutton's recent resurgence in the Class D1 race. The Fillies have clawed to No. 8 in the wildcard standings after recent triumphs against Fairbury, Nebraska Christian, and several others. Sutton is peaking at the right time.

Steinhauer and Baldwin have a lot to do with this ascent. These South Central NE 16 Black standouts are averaging three kills per set apiece, and Baldwin anchors the blocking category, too. We've seen Steinhauer thrive in defensive roles in the South Central NE gym, but she morphs into an all-around pin hitter for Sutton's versatile crew. The move is clearly worthwhile.
