, she seemed to be making hitters work harder than they wanted to. She wasn’t chasing blocks or taking herself out of position trying to make a highlight play. Instead, she consistently took away space and forced attackers to adjust. That discipline at the net stood out throughout the weekend. Offensively, she stayed available and did a nice job finding seams when defenses started keying on her. There is a maturity to her game that coaches will appreciate because she understands how to impact points without needing every ball set her way. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

play as a 15s and what is so fun about her game is how she looks like she truly plays with joy. She has a smile on her face, interacts well with her teammates, and has quite a presence as a middle blocker. Her physicality and athleticism is impressive where she has quite the wingspan. Opposing attackers have to know where she is, her block is dangerous and she is able to transition and be available to her setter to run multiple tempos.

I was able to scout Niggemeyer in person during the Northern Lights and Iowa Regional qualifiers last club season. I left both of those viewings impressed with her current effectiveness operating in the middle of the net and with the potential to be much more with further development. Niggemeyer is tall and plays even bigger than her height due to her long arms. She moves well laterally and is agile. Niggemeyer is aggressive on the attack and generates power in her swing. She also utilizes her assets in blocking and displays consistently sharp timing in putting up a wall. Niggemeyer changes a lot of swings she doesn’t get her hands on.

Niggemeyer is all of 6-2 with long limbs. It helps her generate usable power in her swing and defend against the opponent’s attack. She showed a good feel for the game during the 2025 Northern Lights and Iowa Regional Qualifiers. Niggemeyer’s frame and skill set would make her effective at pin as well. She’s an intriguing player already with a sizable ceiling.
