Here’s another familiar name from our recent coverage spotlight. Spangler first landed on our 2028 radar through her brilliant defensive work, but that’s not the only thing she brought to the Premier Nebraska 16 Silver lineup. She also compiled plenty of reps at the net and showed her ability to score through power, finesse, and everything in between. This Millard West junior is especially good at working off of high hands and can drop roll shots directly into the campfire. Spangler’s pass-to-attack prowess makes her an adaptable piece of any lineup.

Every successful team needs at least one athlete who can do a little of everything. Spangler might be that “utility” player for Premier Nebraska 16 Silver. She has compiled an impressive highlight tape of accurate first touches and clutch passes in serve receive. However, Spangler also mixed in some of the pin-hitting power that makes her a compelling part of the lineup. Her fearless approach on the left antenna set the tone for the rest of 16 Silver’s hitters, resulting in some thrilling matches in the late stages of USAV Nationals.
