Before we get into this article, I want to make one thing clear. Lists are always changing. Players get injured, players step away from the game, and new players continue to emerge. To be honest, no one is perfect, and you may agree or disagree with some of these selections. However, these players have earned the right to be part of this conversation through our evaluations and discussions with college coaches, high school coaches, club coaches, and other scouts.

With that being said, June 15th is just a few days away, and there is a lot to unfold and a lot to get done. Coaches and fans, here are some of the top players who have been performing at an elite level for quite some time. We have seen them compete on the national stage all the way to the USA level. We are proud of all of your hard work and everything you've accomplished to get to this point.

Before the list here are some last minute tips:

Update all your social media-CLEAN it up.

Fix your voicemail on your phone. You may be at a tournament, weights, or practice and not be able to answer. Sound professional and clean.

Send out film. This doesn't need to be super long. Make a minute highlights of your best plays.

Put your film on YouTube and link the full channel in your email.

Remember no phone call or emails doesn't mean you are wont get recruited. Be patient and trust the process!!

Make sure you are basing or decision on academics, you will be there for 4 years.

Don't think that an NAIA or a D3 isn't a strong program. I have been to those practices and they are tough. Be open and find your fit.

Be patient! I will say this again!! Trust the process.

This will be a journey filled with plenty of ups and downs. You will doubt yourself many times. You will be heartbroken at times. You may be talking to a coach for a while, and then suddenly hear nothing. You may reach out and never receive a response. So be prepared for the challenges that come with the recruiting process.
And parents, it isn't easy for you either. Be their rock and continue lifting them up when they need it most. It only takes one coach to believe in them, and when that happens, everything can come together.
Recruiting in today's world is difficult. With the Transfer Portal and coaches adding players from around the country and across the globe, the competition is tough. Keep believing, keep working, and trust that the right opportunity will find its way to you.

Most importantly, have fun and be present and enjoy the moment!
