The state tournament quarterfinals, semifinals and title game will once again be held at George Rogers Clark for a sixth straight season. Unlike years prior to 2020 when the state tournament took place at Valley High School in Louisville, the first round games take place at the sites of region winners. A couple games could have gone either way, but there were no major surprises in this round.
