The Iowa Regional Volleyball Tournament tips off this weekend in Central Iowa, running three weekends in all.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The state's top 16U-18U girls teams will competing this weekend for bids to this summer's USAV National Tournament in Indianapolis.
